RULES

The High School of Music “G. Verga" of Modica in collaboration with the Garibaldi Theater Foundation and with the support of MusicaVera APS on the occasion of the International Competition for Wind Orchestra Conductors “Frederick Fennell” organizes a Workshop on the topic Composer as Conductor by the teacher

The Workshop will take place at the Liceo Musicale “G. Verga” in Modica according to the following schedule:

• 16 November 2024, from 15:00 to 19:00

• 17 November 2024, from 9:00 to 13:00

The study program will focus on the figure of the composer/conductor of, on conducting technique, study and analysis of the score and on the most important historical and didactic repertoire for the wind orchestra.

COSTS

Single participation fee: 120.00 euros

Transfer reason: WORKSHOP 2024 - Name of the Student.

We do not accept bank transfer charges, otherwise the registration will be cancelled.

The fee is refundable only in the event of cancellation of the Workshop due to causes dependent on the organization itself.

The application form with the receipt of the payment of the registration fee attached must be received by 11 November 2024 by e-mail to the address: concorso.fennell@gmail.com.

At the end of the Workshop each participant will receive a certificate of participation.
