WORKSHOP for Wind Band Conductors
RULES
The High School of Music “G. Verga" of Modica in collaboration with the Garibaldi Theater Foundation and with the support of ANBIMA Sicily and of Associazione Culturale MusicaVera APS on the occasion of the International Competition for Wind Orchestra Conductors “Frederick Fennell” organizes a Conducting Workshop by the teacher

The Workshop will take place at the Liceo Musicale “G. Verga” in Modica and the Garibaldi Theater in Modica.
The lessons will take place according to the following schedule:
22nd April 2023, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm: Theoric Lesson
23rd April 2023, from 9:00am to 1:00pm: Conducting Lesson
The conducting lesson will be supported by the Wind Orchestra of the Liceo Musicale “G. Verga” of Modica.
The study program will focus on conducting technique, study and analysis of the score and on the most important historical and didactic repertoire for the wind orchestra.
COSTS
Single participation fee: 75.00 euros

We do not accept bank transfer charges, otherwise the registration will be cancelled.
The fee is refundable only in the event of cancellation of the Workshop due to causes dependent on the organization itself.
